What You'll Do5
- 1Build rigorous safety and security procedures aligned with site policies and emergency response plans
- 2Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm problem solving to minimize impact
- 3Conduct regular and random patrols around client sites and perimeters
- 4Provide high quality customer service while enforcing security policies and procedures at each location
- 5Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure consistent security coverage and rapid issue resolution
Requirements5
- 1Be at least 21 years old
- 2Hold an active Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- 3Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, corrections experience or 5 years of armed security experience
- 4Have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
- 5Pass a background check and drug screening as required by law
