- 1Lead and coach operations managers to improve employee retention, customer satisfaction, safety, and worker compensation management
- 2Coordinate service and schedules by monitoring personnel and driver utilization while ensuring DOT compliance
- 3Maintain clear communications within assigned customer base and build rapport with customer contacts
- 4Identify and address performance issues through coaching, discipline, and termination as needed
- 5Oversee equipment maintenance scheduling and monitor KPIs for internal and external reporting
- 6Ensure accurate payroll submission and dispatch documentation

- 1High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 25+ years in the transportation industry and ability to travel up to 60%
