What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as a trusted advisor to customers while developing custom machine guarding solutions
- 2Perform onsite machine guarding and safety assessments
- 3Gather project information to prepare designs and quotations
- 4Build relationships with new and existing customers
- 5Manage projects from initial concept through implementation
- 6Participate in marketing and social media initiatives
- 7Provide technical support to customers engineering staff and installation teams
- 8Stay current on OSHA regulations and emerging technologies
- 9Document customer interactions and sales activity in the company CRM
- 10Submit sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager
- 11Continue learning through industry training and seminars
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or technical sales
- 2Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and manufacturing environments
- 3Strong communication and presentation skills
- 4Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- 5Outstanding organization and time management skills
- 6Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- 7Willingness to travel approximately 60 percent of the time
- 8Experience with industrial automation machine guarding manufacturing equipment or industrial safety solutions preferred
