Requirements11
- 15+ years leading ICU nursing units
- 2Associate's of Nursing degree required
- 3Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 4Current RN license with active Florida certification
- 5Basic Life Support certification mandatory
- 6Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required
- 7Minimum 3 years acute care experience preferred
- 8Proven ability to manage shift scheduling and staffing
- 9Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 10Experience with electronic health record systems demonstrated
- 11Ability to handle high-volume patient acuity situations
