What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather health data
- 2Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnoses
- 3Administer medications accurately following protocols
- 4Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- 6Provide leadership and solve complex problems
- 7Perform EKG interpretations using advanced life support
- 8Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- 9Utilize Cerner EMR proficiently
- 10Demonstrate strong organizational skills and mental stability
- 11Apply critical thinking to assess patient outcomes
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Associate's of Nursing degree required
- 3Bachelor's of Nursing preferred
- 4Basic computer skills navigating Windows programs
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- 6Mature judgment handling confidential information
- 7Certification in Fundamentals of Critical Care Support
- 8Previous EKG interpretation experience
- 9Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- 10Knowledge of NRP-A and BLS CPR certification
- 11Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
