What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological and psychological needs
- 2Develop individualized care plans based on patient assessments and standards of care
- 3Administer medications and treatments safely while monitoring for adverse reactions
- 4Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care
- 6Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care activities
- 7Evaluate care plan effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- 8Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements
- 9Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical moments
- 10Supervise and delegate care to ensure quality and efficiency
- 11Respond promptly to code situations with appropriate interventions
Requirements17
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2EKG certification and Advanced Life Support training
- 3Basic Life Support - CPR Cert for all applicants
- 4Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred
- 5Neonatal Med Certification preferred
- 6Pediatric ER assessment and stabilization training preferred
- 7Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with OB/GYN specialization preferred
- 8NonViolent Crisis Intervention program training preferred
- 9Stable Certification preferred
- 10Trauma Nurse Course certified preferred
- 11Advanced Burn Life Support preferred
- 12Critical Care Registered Nurse - Tele-ICU CCRN-E preferred
- 13Certified Lactation Counselor CLC preferred
- 14Oncology Nurse Society membership preferred
- 15American Board of Pediatrics preferred
- 16Stroke Certified Registered Nurse SCRN preferred
- 17Gerontological Nurse GERO-BC preferred
