Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- 2BLS certification with American Heart AHA ECARD
- 3ACLS certification with current American Heart Association credential
- 4Registered Nurse license for Florida residents
- 5Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
- 6Proven track record of supervising healthcare teams
- 7Demonstrated expertise in pediatric ICU settings
- 8Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
