What You'll Do10
- 1Respond to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins with precision and courtesy
- 2Schedule client meetings and prepare/distribute agendas and materials for meetings
- 3Provide general administrative support to the department and act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams
- 4Maintain financial records, assist with reporting and tracking, and coordinate with the finance team
- 5Update profit and loss information and support departmental recordkeeping
- 6Review contracts for completeness before submitting to leadership
- 7Communicate with clients regarding billing and invoicing
- 8Represent the venue at meetings and events and coordinate event-day logistics
- 9Arrange event security and accommodate special event requirements
- 10Support partnerships, outreach, and identify new event opportunities
Requirements9
- 1At least 2 years of experience in administrative coordination or related roles
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- 4Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- 5Excellent organization, planning, and project coordination abilities
- 6Proven ability to build dependable, detail-oriented working relationships
