What You'll Do7
- 1Schedule appointments and events, coordinating calendars for leadership and client meetings.
- 2Manage correspondence across text, email, and Telegram, ensuring timely follow-through on all inquiries.
- 3Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and project documents.
- 4Streamline communication on the company task board, Monday App, by creating boards, updating statuses, and assigning tasks.
- 5Draft formal correspondences, meeting agendas, and client-facing documents.
- 6Greet onsite guests, manage the front desk, and handle incoming calls.
- 7Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoice tracking, expense reporting, and basic reconciliation with the accounting team.
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of experience in office administration, executive assistance, or a related field.
- 2Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- 4Strong organizational skills, demonstrated through maintaining orderly filing systems and task boards.
- 5Experience with Monday App or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
