What You'll Do5

  • 1Build a polished event experience by assisting with setup, décor, materials, and activity areas.

  • 4Operate as a flexible on-site point of contact to address last-minute issues during events.
  • 5Direct cleanup and post-event organization to maintain venue readiness for the next event.

Requirements9

  • 11–2 years of experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a similar environment
  • 2Exposure to weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate functions, private parties, or other special events is a plus
  • 3Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule based on event needs
  • 4Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
  • 5Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 6Comfortable providing direction to event staff and helping keep activities running on schedule
  • 7Proactive and willing to jump in wherever assistance is needed
  • 8Strong communication and customer service skills
  • 9Reliable and able to work effectively in a busy, guest-facing environment
