What You'll Do8
- 1Build and implement a full activity and fitness program that engages residents daily
- 2Design and host events, decorating, and teaching activities that appeal to diverse personalities
- 3Lead coordination with vendors, volunteers, and internal teams to execute events on schedule
- 4Drive participation and sense of community through persuasive communication and outreach
- 5Collaborate with the Home Office Activities Department for training and ongoing support
- 6Monitor resident engagement and adjust programs to meet mind body and spirit goals
- 7Plan and execute weekend activities and flexible daytime programming
- 8Evaluate feedback and outcomes to continuously improve resident quality of life
Requirements8
- 1One year of event planning or coordinating experience
- 2Must be 18 years of age or older
- 3Ability to communicate clearly with residents
- 4Flexible daytime hours and some weekends
- 5Energy, creativity, and imagination
- 6Basic computer skills
- 7Prior senior living experience preferred
- 8Commitment to providing quality of life for seniors
