What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and process journal entries to ensure accurate financial statements
  • 2Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing to improve reporting accuracy
  • 3Maintain financial records and assist with auditing activities
  • 4Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • 5Assist with regulatory compliance and internal controls to meet ADE and local requirements

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or GED with some college coursework in business accounting or finance
  • 2Three to five years of accounting experience including fund accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, A/P and A/R
  • 3Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel)
  • 4Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • 5Meets immunization requirements for measles and rubella if born after 1957
