- 5Supervise a part-time Senior Administrative Coordinator handling daily administrative tasks
- 6Conduct performance evaluations and communicate organizational goals
- 7Process payroll and travel reimbursements efficiently
- 8Analyze financial data to identify trends and propose strategic improvements
- 9Provide backup support for Human Resources matters
- 10Collaborate with external agencies to streamline payment cycles
- 11Maintain compliance with internal controls and external audit standards
Requirements10
- 15+ years experience in accounting or finance roles
- 2AWS Certified preferred for cloud-based financial systems
- 3Python proficiency for data analysis tasks
- 4CPC Card certification valued for accounting professionals
- 5BCBA certification recommended for budgeting expertise
- 6Minimum three years of relevant work experience
- 7Demonstrated leadership skills in supervisory environments
