What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the monthly quarterly and annual close process across multiple entities
- 2Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations ensure accurate financial reporting
- 3Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
- 4Partner with the Controller on audits budgeting and financial analysis
- 5Supervise and mentor a team of three accounting professionals
- 6Evaluate existing accounting processes and recommend improvements
- 7Strengthen internal controls while improving efficiency
- 8Build a collaborative accountable and proactive accounting culture
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years progressive experience
- 2Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
- 3Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- 4Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
- 5Manufacturing or distribution accounting background preferred
- 6Advanced Excel skills
- 7Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 P21
