Accounting Clerk, Job Cost & Invoicing
Overview
Own job cost opening and closing, invoicing, and daily accounting support for power generation projects. You will work onsite in Cypress, TX, and report through a direct hire role with a bonus structure. The team uses Field Point for job tracking, NetSuite for accounting, and Corrigo for reporting. What You'll Do8
- 1Open and close jobs in Field Point, ensuring accurate cost tracking from kickoff to closeout.
- 2Prepare, review, and process customer invoices through Field Point within the first 30 days.
- 3Support month-end and job closeout reconciliations for power generation projects.
- 4Maintain accounting data in NetSuite with daily entries and updates.
- 5Assist accounts receivable and payable tasks, including coding and payment tracking.
- 6Coordinate with project managers and field staff to confirm job status, scope changes, and billing details.
- 7Keep organized records for audits and monthly reporting.
- 8Use Corrigo for tracking and reporting tasks as required.
Requirements8
- 11+ years of accounting clerk experience with job costing or invoicing.
- 2Hands-on Field Point experience opening and closing jobs.
- 3Working knowledge of NetSuite for data entry and reporting.
- 4Familiarity with Corrigo for tracking and reporting.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office software.
- 7Solid organizational skills and attention to detail for data accuracy.
- 8Effective communication with managers, field teams, and staff.
