Own the administrative and reception backbone for field operations at Caturus Management Services, an energy platform with upstream and LNG assets. You will coordinate logistics, maintain project files, and track metrics across Eagle Ford, Austin Chalk, and Haynesville operations. What You'll Do8

  • 1Maintain accurate project files and prepare regular reports on field operations, tracking key metrics like work order status and invoice processing.
  • 2Manage data entry for invoices, work orders, and spreadsheets, ensuring records stay current with OpenInvoice and internal systems.
  • 3Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and travel for field staff, aligning calendars with logistics and corporate priorities.
  • 4Handle incoming and outgoing communications, serving as the main contact between field teams and corporate headquarters for daily updates.
  • 5Assist field operations by coordinating logistics, confirming policy compliance, and providing administrative support to field staff.
  • 6Perform front desk duties: greet visitors, direct phone calls, manage courier packages, open and sort mail, and update call distribution lists.
  • 7Support the team with filing, photocopying, faxing, and information tracking, keeping shared records organized and accessible.
  • 8Follow up with internal and external contacts across all levels, resolving routine inquiries and escalating issues as needed.

Requirements8

  • 16+ years in an administrative or field analyst role, with a focus on project support and data management.
  • 2Experience with OpenInvoice is required, including invoice processing and workflow management.
  • 3Oil & gas experience preferred, ideally with field operations or upstream assets.
  • 4High School Diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business or accounting is a plus.
  • 5Proficiency with office software, especially spreadsheets (Excel) and word processing (Word).
  • 6Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • 7Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
  • 8Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and accuracy.
