Accounting Assistant I, QuickBooks & AP Specialist
Overview
Own daily accounting tasks across multiple brands within a centralized operations hub driving consistency and efficiency. You will support accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and collections for a diversified portfolio. Work with a small team to ensure timely, accurate financial records and process improvements. This role offers exposure to QuickBooks, vendor reconciliation, and filing systems across physical and digital documents.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable data
- 2Assist Accounts Payable Specialist to reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- 3Develop and implement efficient filing systems for physical and digital documents
- 4Identify and propose process improvements to streamline accounting procedures
- 5Provide clerical support and project assistance as assigned
Requirements5
- 12+ Accounting Experience or an associate degree in related field
- 2Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 3Minimum two years’ experience in QuickBooks
- 4Minimum two years’ experience in Microsoft
- 5Strong mathematical and analytical skills
