Accounting Clerk, QuickBooks & Office Administration
Overview
Own daily accounting and administrative operations for a busy logistics services company at scale. You will process and maintain financial records, support AP/AR, and manage documents in a fast-paced onsite environment. Collaborate with management and staff to ensure accuracy and timely operations. This role offers hands-on experience, immediate start, and room to grow within a professional team.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain QuickBooks records and data entry with accuracy
- 2Prepare, send, and track documents through DocuSign and maintain filing systems
- 3Perform general office administration including copying, printing, scanning, and document management
- 4Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other accounting support tasks
- 5Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel
- 6Answer incoming calls, assist visitors, and provide administrative support to management and staff
- 7Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- 8Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of financial information
- 9Support onboarding and cross-functional collaboration across teams
- 10Provide ongoing attention to process improvement and data accuracy
Requirements8
- 1Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office
- 2Previous experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, or office administration preferred
- 3Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- 4Ability to work independently with minimal direction and take initiative
- 5Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative records
- 6Professional, personable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills
- 7Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
