Account Administrator, ADESA & Carvana Ops
Overview
Own administrative management of customer accounts at scale within a large multi-location auto remarketing network. You will handle invoicing, A/R, payment processing, inventory reporting, and sale day preparation to ensure seamless partner experiences. Work with CAM and cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and compliance in a fast-paced environment. This role is unique in its combination of finance, operations, and dealer relations within a growing platform.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain daily account operations including invoicing A/R and payment processing to support accurate financials
- 2Ship inventory and reporting workflows with pre and post-sale monitoring to support decision making
- 3Own system accuracy and cross-functional follow up with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies
- 4Design sale preparation activities including lineup management fee posting and recon activities for smooth auctions
- 5Drive financial reconciliation after auction events to ensure complete and accurate records
- 6Lead sales support by addressing complex customer inquiries and resolving account discrepancies
- 7Maintain data integrity for vehicle information customer records and transaction history across systems
- 8Ensure compliance with company policies administrative standards and relevant laws
- 9Collaborate with lot shop and admin teams and external vendors to meet targets
- 10Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support business obligations
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- 3Ability to safely drive a variety of vehicle makes models and sizes
- 4Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex financial data invoicing and reporting
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service
- 6Detail oriented with high accuracy while multitasking in a fast paced environment
- 7Analytical thinking with experience in transaction reconciliation and inventory tracking
- 8Team player with ability to collaborate across cross functional departments and external vendors
- 9Adaptability to meet aggressive targets and tight timelines
- 10Legal ability to work in the location without sponsorship as required by the employer
