Overview

Own the critical data entry and paperwork process for auto deals at scale within a growing dealership. You will ensure accuracy of deal recording, funding postings, customer deposits, and title-related items across a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with managers, title team, and AR to resolve discrepancies and stay current on title regulations. This role emphasizes precision, timely processing, and strong cross functional communication.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Build and process deals for new vehicles with accurate data entry
  • 2Post deal funding and record customer deposits promptly
  • 3Coordinate with managers to obtain additional information or resolve discrepancies
  • 4Work with the tag & title team to confirm accuracy and clear outstanding items
  • 5Stay up to date on title regulations through industry contacts and research
  • 6Handle cash application for accounts receivable
  • 7Perform other duties as needed

Requirements8

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Experience in automotive/truck/equipment transactions preferred
  • 3Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • 4Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and communicate clearly
  • 5Proficiency with basic accounting concepts and cash posting
  • 6Familiarity with title processes and regulatory requirements
  • 7Onsite, full-time availability with possible month end overtime
  • 8No sponsorship available for H1-B
