What You'll Do11
- 1Provide leadership direction and support to residential caregivers
- 2Assist with staff scheduling onboarding and training
- 3Oversee daily residential operations and shift-level supervision
- 4Support residents with activities of daily living and personal care
- 5Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and mental health
- 6Assist with treatment plans and coordination of resident services
- 7Ensure proper documentation safety and compliance
- 8Help with cooking housekeeping activities and other facility needs
- 9Maintain a safe work environment through regular inspections
- 10Develop and implement program improvements based on resident feedback
- 11Foster positive relationships between staff and residents
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED minimum 1 year mental health or behavioral health experience
- 2Previous lead senior or supervisory experience in residential care preferred
- 3Strong communication and leadership skills
- 4Knowledge of Title 22 HIPAA OSHA and Community Care Licensing
- 5Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- 6Background check and health screening clearance
- 7At least 21 years old
- 8Experience with ETL pipelines using Spark and Airflow
- 9Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 10Proficiency in React web development techniques
- 11Understanding of demand generation strategies
