- 3Lead team meetings establishing actionable performance goals
- 4Train and develop Care Supervisor team members ensuring competency standards
- 5Staff unassigned shifts acting as primary backup resource
- 6Develop and maintain comprehensive caregiver and client information database
- 7Track insurance certifications and training expiration dates
- 8Handle client calls addressing routine issues and escalate complex matters
- 9Conduct 60-day consumer interviews assessing treatment progress
- 10Coordinate caregiver schedules maintaining uninterrupted client service
- 11Preserve confidentiality of sensitive client and caregiver information
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bachelor's degree in Social Work Psychology or related field
- 318+ years old with proven leadership experience
- 4Medicaid Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred
- 5Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
