Overview

You will own a caseload of clients and caregivers across Portland's Washington County, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence. You will serve as a leader and mentor, coaching caregivers to deliver outstanding care while partnering with the Tigard office team. What You'll Do11

  • 1Supervise and support an assigned caseload of caregivers and clients, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
  • 2Conduct caregiver supervisory visits, performance coaching, and routine check-ins.
  • 3Schedule caregivers to ensure appropriate placement and staffing coverage.
  • 4Assist with client assessments, service plan updates, and quality assurance visits.
  • 5Address caregiver and client concerns promptly, maintaining high customer service standards.
  • 6Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies, state regulations, and required certifications.
  • 7Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing development.
  • 8Support branch initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and recognition.
  • 9Maintain accurate documentation within company systems, ensuring timely and complete records.
  • 10Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and support branch performance goals.
  • 11Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as assigned.

Requirements10

  • 12+ years supervisory or leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or human services.
  • 2Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
  • 3Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • 4Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
  • 5Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • 6Strong decision-making skills and ability to exercise sound judgment with confidential information.
  • 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 8Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • 9Strong customer service mindset.
  • 10Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
