What You'll Do6
- 1Facilitate engaging Fabulous Forums using interactive discussions and experiential learning
- 2Inspire participants through conversations that build confidence and resilience
- 3Teach practical life skills including communication conflict resolution and financial literacy
- 4Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation
- 5Collaborate with school personnel and community partners to support youth success
- 6Represent RWI professionally while maintaining cultural sensitivity
Requirements5
- 15+ years building programs for adolescent girls
- 2Certification in CPC Card or BCBA
- 3Experience with AWS Certified solutions
- 4Proven ability to design and deliver SEL-focused workshops
- 5Strong organizational skills and commitment to ethical practice
Salary Insight
$42 - $50k per year
