What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute Sunday worship services including order of worship and special program planning
- 2Select and curate music that glorifies God while supporting volunteer musicians and technical staff
- 3Recruit train and mentor worship ministry volunteers across diverse roles
- 4Manage worship ministry finances covering programs equipment and conferences
- 5Maintain church-owned musical instruments and digital streaming infrastructure
- 6Coordinate pastoral support through hospital visits and home outreach programs
- 7Organize wedding funeral services and coordinate benevolence efforts with pastoral staff
- 8Administer church website content and manage online streaming platforms
- 9Develop social media strategy to extend ministry reach locally and globally
- 10Attend weekly staff meetings and collaborate with deacons and elders on church activities
- 11Assist with event planning as directed by senior leadership
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in creative or technical fields
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud architecture experience required
- 55+ years developing digital ministry platforms
- 61st Timothy 3 leadership principles alignment
- 7Strong servant leadership abilities with creative execution capacity
- 8Proficiency playing lead instrument guitar or keyboard
- 9Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- 10Seminary degree or theological training preferred
