Lead Union College by shaping its future through strategic vision and operational excellence. You will oversee college operations, develop talent, and drive mission-aligned initiatives across eight locations. This role blends pastoral care with leadership to empower students and staff alike.
What You'll Do11
- 1Create and execute strategies to train and develop students for ministry leadership while maintaining operational excellence aligned with Union Church vision
- 2Recruit and pastor Union College team leaders to achieve full potential fostering a culture of excellence and discipleship
- 3Develop customized learning metrics and manage enrollment grading and attendance data to ensure accuracy
- 4Oversee curriculum development addressing spiritual and organizational needs under Senior Pastor guidance
- 5Manage department-specific budgets ensuring fiscal responsibility and policy creation
- 6Provide pastoral care for team members and students handling crisis situations and life events
- 7Build partnerships with Executive Pastors and staff to enhance collaborative efforts
- 8Engage with students through campus visits and one-on-one mentorship
- 9Maintain physical and mental stamina standing for extended periods and lifting fifty pounds
- 10Implement training facilitation using learning management systems and data analytics
- 11Coordinate apprenticeships and apprenticeship experiences for emerging leaders
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading church teams and developing individuals
- 3Bachelor's degree in theology or related field
- 4Proficiency in Python and AWS for data-driven decision making
- 5Strong project management skills with experience in React applications
- 6Experience with Kubernetes for scalable solutions
- 7Ability to lead 5+ years cross-functional teams
- 8Expertise in CPC Card certification for professional development
- 9Demonstrated track record of BCBA credential attainment
- 10Commitment to 5+ years hands-on technical implementation
- 11Flexibility for evening and weekend availability
