Own the workers’ compensation process for injured employees at a leading acute care hospital. You will coordinate between third-party administrators and employees to manage modified duty placement and accommodations. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain relationships with third-party administrator and employees to ensure timely case updates
- 2Design and implement modified duty placement and ADAAA accommodations to support injured workers
- 3Lead data collection and reporting to track productivity, compliance, and outcomes
- 4Own presentations and communications to stakeholders, including updates to management and injured employees
- 5Ship processes for transitioning employees back to work and ensuring adherence to policies
- 6Drive continuous improvement in claims handling and accommodations to reduce downtime
- 7Coordinate transitions and workplace adjustments to maintain safe, compliant operations
- 8Scale workflows to support fluctuating caseloads while maintaining service levels
- 9Debug and resolve administrative bottlenecks in the workers’ compensation program
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, Human Resources or related field in lieu of the degree
- 2Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products
- 3Ability to prepare and present presentations
- 4Critical analysis skills
- 5Ability to work autonomously
- 6Excellent communication skills
- 7Knowledge of workers’ compensation
