What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and maintain relationships with third-party administrator and employees to ensure timely case updates
  • 2Design and implement modified duty placement and ADAAA accommodations to support injured workers
  • 3Lead data collection and reporting to track productivity, compliance, and outcomes
  • 4Own presentations and communications to stakeholders, including updates to management and injured employees
  • 5Ship processes for transitioning employees back to work and ensuring adherence to policies
  • 6Drive continuous improvement in claims handling and accommodations to reduce downtime
  • 7Coordinate transitions and workplace adjustments to maintain safe, compliant operations
  • 8Scale workflows to support fluctuating caseloads while maintaining service levels
  • 9Debug and resolve administrative bottlenecks in the workers’ compensation program

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree or five (5) years of experience in Workers’ Compensation, Human Resources or related field in lieu of the degree
  • 2Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • 3Ability to prepare and present presentations
  • 4Critical analysis skills
  • 5Ability to work autonomously
  • 6Excellent communication skills
  • 7Knowledge of workers’ compensation
