Overview

Coordinate all Woods System of Care Workers Compensation claims. Manage claim administration and resolution. Supervise employee treatment and liaise with carriers. Identify risk areas and improve safety protocols.

  • 4Act as liaison between employees insurers and third-party administrators
  • 5Build relationships with brokers and legal counsel
  • 6Identify trends to reduce incidents
  • 7Assist in finding alternate work locations for employees
  • 8Participate in site safety inspections
  • 9Follow-up on litigation requests and attend hearings
  • 10Promote Workers Compensation policies and procedures
  • 11Conduct quarterly audits for compliance

Requirements10

  • 1Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 22 years HR experience
  • 3Mathematical aptitude
  • 4Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 5Knowledge of federal Pennsylvania and New Jersey labor laws
  • 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 7Experience with HR technology systems
  • 8Ability to operate copier fax scanner and telephone
  • 9Physical stamina to lift up to 20 pounds
  • 10Ability to sit stand bend and lift
