What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and maintain effective relationships between injured employees, TPA, and care teams to ensure timely case progression
  • 2Design and manage modified duty and transitional duty placement to support employee recovery and return-to-work objectives
  • 3Coordinate ADAAA accommodations and ensure documentation aligns with policy and regulatory requirements
  • 4Prepare and present clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders about case status and program effectiveness
  • 5Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy in workers' compensation workflows
  • 6Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations through meticulous record-keeping and audits

Requirements7

  • 1Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in Workers' Compensation, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2Familiar with Google and Microsoft Office products
  • 3Ability to prepare and present presentations
  • 4Critical analysis skills
  • 5Ability to work autonomously
  • 6Excellent communication skills
