Overview
We seek a skilled Workers’ Compensation Claim Consultant to lead claim investigations and drive resolutions for clients across multiple states. This full life‑cycle WC adjuster role requires proven claims expertise and a commitment to delivering personalized, high‑touch service. Candidates will own the client relationship and contribute to a culture of transparency and accountability.
What You'll Do9
- 1Investigate and evaluate claims while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standards
- 2Authorize payments and negotiate settlements within defined authority levels
- 3Coordinate with attorneys medical providers and vendors to resolve claims efficiently
- 4Monitor claim progress and provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- 5Identify subrogation opportunities to recover costs
- 6Communicate clearly with clients claimants and internal teams throughout the claim lifecycle
- 7Handle complex cases independently while adhering to corporate guidelines
- 8Participate in claim reviews hearings and training sessions to maintain best practices
- 9Maintain accurate documentation and support long‑term client relationships
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience
- 2License to practice as an adjuster in Arizona or another state
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook
- 4Valid Arizona adjuster’s license
- 5Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 6Bilingual Spanish ability valued for client communication
- 7Previous experience managing waste management accounts preferred
