What You'll Do8
- 1Read production schedules, customer orders, and shipping orders to determine items to move or gather.
- 2Move materials from receiving or production areas to storage or designated zones using electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts.
- 3Sort and break down product by SKU, quantity, and type, then store goods in designated warehouse areas.
- 4Operate cherry pickers to ascend 25ft in a safety harness for high-level storage and retrieval.
- 5Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets or move them to the loading dock for shipping.
- 6Label pallets with identifying information and open bales or crates when required.
- 7Follow daily safety practices for truck and trailer pull processes, reporting any concerns promptly.
- 8Wear company-issued uniform and handle all equipment, including PPE and voice devices, per policy.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related warehouse experience.
- 2Proven ability to operate electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts, and cherry pickers safely.
- 3Comfort working at heights up to 25ft with a safety harness.
- 4Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping documents accurately.
- 5Basic math skills for counting and verifying SKU quantities.
- 6Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift.
- 7Reliable attendance and punctuality for night shift operations.
