Warehouse Associate Nights
Overview
You will own the nightly flow of inbound and outbound product at a high-volume distribution center. Working with WMS handheld scanners, you'll process shipments, stage deliveries, and run inventory audits. You'll collaborate with internal teams and carriers to keep Blue Yonder, Genesis, and My Red Vest systems accurate. This role offers a clear path to forklift certification and experience with Lowe's recycling equipment, giving you hands-on exposure to the full logistics cycle.
What You'll Do8
- 1Unload and receive inbound product from DC and vendor direct shipments, flagging discrepancies or damage to leadership.
- 2Perform all WMS system functions, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching, using handheld scanning devices.
- 3Complete inventory cycle counts and audits to keep stock accurate and traceable.
- 4Stage next-day deliveries and put away future orders to meet tight deadlines.
- 5Manage and audit staging lanes, covering RTV, quarantine, and delivery zones.
- 6Process trash, cardboard, and Styrofoam using baler, densifier, and trash compactor equipment.
- 7Assemble and pre-inspect applicable products like OPE, grills, and patio sets before delivery.
- 8Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
Requirements7
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 21 year of directly related warehouse or logistics experience
- 3Ability to operate handheld scanning devices and navigate WMS systems
- 4Comfort learning Blue Yonder, Genesis, and My Red Vest tools
- 5Willingness to earn forklift certification
- 6Physical stamina to lift, move, and stage products
- 7Detail-oriented mindset for inventory counts and audits
