What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise receiving stocking and warehouse pullers while coordinating inventory logistics

- 7Provide direct leadership to CDL-A drivers and oversee delivery operations
- 8Collaborate with branch supervisors to align KPIs across departments
- 9Drive annual employee reviews and handle disciplinary actions as needed
- 10Support Director of Operations on warehouse layout and staffing decisions
- 11Identify process improvements to enhance safety quality and productivity
Requirements8
- 1Three (3) plus years of supervisory experience with hands-on responsibility for hiring and terminations
- 2Three (3) plus years in warehouse logistics shipping or receiving operations
- 3Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel Outlook and word processing
- 4Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 5Physical stamina to stand eight hours daily and lift up to fifty pounds
- 6Familiarity with forklift pallet jack and other material handling equipment
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- 8Ability to interpret safety protocols and conduct effective training sessions
