- 1Develop and continuously improve warehouse operations including active replenishment and order pulling wave sequences

- 5Conduct cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- 6Perform audits ensuring quality safety and environmental compliance
- 7Control labor expenses by flexing staffing and responding to sales volume changes
- 8Issue cycle counts and annual physical inventories maintaining finished goods accuracy
- 9Maintain safe clean work environment following company policies
- 10Ensure adherence to proper procedures and supervise all warehouse employees
- 11Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives
Requirements5
- 15+ years managing warehousing or manufacturing for high volume multi product manufacturers
- 2BS degree in business logistics or equivalent supervisory experience
- 3Certification in Lean or Lean Six Sigma manufacturing processes
- 4Proficiency in computer programs and systems provided by Westlake
- 5Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with overtime capability
