Warehouse Manager, 5+ Years Logistics & E-commerce Fulfillment
Overview
The role owns day-to-day warehouse operations at scale, processing ~500 time-sensitive orders daily across 15,000 SKUs for 25 clients. You will drive KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy and profitability while shaping future growth. You will lead inventory receipt, quality control, kitting, and shipping using NetSuite WMS and related systems. You will work with a cross-functional team and logistics partners to meet 30+ client SLAs and support internal Shopify stores. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on process improvement and scaling operations.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and optimize warehouse workflows across receiving, QC, kitting, returns, and inventory control to improve accuracy and efficiency
- 2Design and maintain SOPs for warehouse processes and quality control
- 3Lead layout optimization and storage utilization to increase throughput
- 4Manage real-time job-costing and fulfillment schedules to protect project profitability
- 5Ensure adherence to e-commerce SLAs across 30+ client stores
- 6Hire train supervise and motivate warehouse staff and conduct semi-annual reviews
- 7Manage partnerships with shipping and logistics providers including UPS FedEx USPS freight and couriers
- 8Schedule kitting and packaging jobs for clients and communicate updates to Sales/Account Management
- 9Utilize NetSuite WMS shipping software and inventory systems for daily operations
- 10Track and report KPIs including fulfillment accuracy turnaround times labor efficiency and shipping
Requirements5
- 15+ years of warehouse logistics management experience including complex kitting returns/exchanges quality control and picking/packing
- 2Experience managing thousands of SKUs across multiple e-commerce accounts
- 3Strong background in inventory management and warehouse logistics
- 4Familiarity with WMS systems shipping software and e-commerce fulfillment platforms NetSuite experience preferred
- 55S Certification a plus
