What You'll Do11
- 1Provide developmental leadership and real-time feedback to team members
- 2Manage full recruitment cycle for seasonal and year-round staff
- 3Create and implement work schedules based on seasonal demand
- 4Facilitate weekly Warehouse Level 10 meetings using EOS framework
- 5Oversee inventory management activities including receiving and counting
- 6Optimize order fulfillment processes through process documentation
- 7Maintain compliance with safety regulations and facility standards
- 8Coordinate with NetSuite for inventory and workflow optimization
- 9Supervise equipment and vehicle maintenance with Finance
- 10Serve as primary point of contact for warehouse operations issues
- 11Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments for seamless customer experience
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong proficiency in NetSuite RF-Smart or similar WMS
- 3Experience with EOS framework and scheduling optimization
- 4Familiarity with forklift operation and heavy machinery
- 5Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain warehouse staff
- 6Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 7Adaptability to thrive in dynamic warehouse environments
- 8Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
- 9Physical stamina to lift 75 lbs and climb 12-foot ladders
