Overview
You own the movement of Sephora product across our Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN, ensuring every order reaches retail stores or online customers accurately and on time. You will operate RF terminals to receive, pick, pack, and ship, while rotating through receiving, put-away, and shipping zones as business demands. What You'll Do8
- 1Receive and stock incoming product using RF terminals, verifying quantities and locations to maintain accurate inventory.
- 2Pick and pack Sephora orders for retail stores and online customers, following standard operating procedures and hitting production rates.
- 3Prep and ship outbound orders, ensuring correct labeling, sealing, and staging for carrier pickup.
- 4Put away product in designated warehouse zones, adhering to layout logic and slotting guidelines.
- 5Cross-train across receiving, picking, packing, put-away, and shipping to flex where operational needs peak.
- 6Follow all OSHA and company safety rules, reporting hazards to supervisors immediately.
- 7Comply with loss prevention policies, including dress code and badge usage.
- 8Maintain attendance and a flexible schedule, including overtime and shift changes as requested.
Requirements5
- 11+ years of warehouse experience or familiarity with WMS picking procedures.
- 2Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishment.
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for the full shift.
- 4Basic math skills and prove accuracy in number matching.
- 5Willingness to cross-train in all warehouse functions.
