Overview

You own the operational backbone of a Sephora store in King of Prussia, PA, keeping inventory, stock, and merchandising running flawlessly to support a premium client experience. You'll work with a collaborative team of 20+ beauty advisors and operations specialists, reporting to the Store Director. This part-time role (15-29 hrs/week) blends hands-on logistics with brand presentation, and you'll be a key player in seasonal promotions and high-traffic retail peaks.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage daily stock replenishment and inventory counts to maintain accurate on-shelf availability and store standards.
  • 2Execute order fulfillment and pickup processes with speed and accuracy, ensuring every client order is ready on time.
  • 3Set up and tear down promotional displays and visual merchandising elements per brand guidelines.
  • 4Audit product placement and signage weekly, adjusting to drive sales and client discovery.
  • 5Assist the team during client interactions, using product knowledge to recommend items and resolve issues.
  • 6Train new operations hires on SAP and RF scanning processes within 30 days.
  • 7Collaborate with the store leadership to forecast peak-week staffing and inventory needs.
  • 8Uphold safety and security protocols, including back-of-house organization and cash handling procedures.

Requirements8

  • 11-2 years in retail, hospitality, or client-facing operations.
  • 2High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3Proven ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended shifts.
  • 4Flexible schedule: available nights, weekends, and holidays; minimum 15 hrs/week.
  • 5Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in inventory tracking.
  • 6Ability to learn Sephora's product catalog and POS systems within 2 weeks.
  • 7Team-first attitude with a goal-driven approach to daily operations.
  • 8Reliable transportation to King of Prussia store location.
