What You'll Do12
- 1Support timely shipment processing with 48 hour turnaround from delivery to restocking while maintaining inventory accuracy and documentation
- 2Maintain brand standards and store cleanliness across sales floor stockroom and employee areas
- 3Execute planogram updates and monthly marketing merchandising floor sets
- 4Manage people relations by supporting associate onboarding and fostering inclusive workplace culture
- 5Ensure compliance with safety policies loss prevention protocols and HAZMAT regulations
- 6Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement price changes and promotional displays
- 7Open or close store as needed to ensure optimal customer experience
- 8Develop and implement solutions for operational challenges within 90 day timeframe
- 9Communicate clearly with customers staff and management regarding product availability and service issues
- 10Adapt to changing retail environments while adhering to established guidelines
- 11Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy boxes and stock placement
- 12Track inventory levels and resolve discrepancies promptly
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent must be 18 years of age
- 21+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- 3Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
- 4Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- 5Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
