Overview
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll own the in-store experience and drive sales growth at Cosmoprof Beauty. You'll support the Store Manager in leading a team of associates, achieving key performance indicators, and maintaining brand standards. Your focus spans brand execution, people development, and operational excellence. You'll step into the Store Manager's role when needed, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role offers a path to store leadership with hands-on coaching and development.
What You'll Do8
- 1Supervise daily store operations and direct associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience that boosts sales and loyalty.
- 2Lead the in-store selling model and Omni-channel fulfillment including SFS, SDD, and BOPIS to meet digital demand.
- 3Uphold brand standards for merchandising, POGs, marketing, and back rooms, and resolve customer issues as the main contact.
- 4Engage, train, and develop your team, using internal hiring platforms to recruit and build a strong candidate pipeline.
- 5Coach and counsel associates to address strengths and gaps, holding the team accountable to company policies.
- 6Execute all company processes for inventory, ordering, and shipment processing, and manage payroll hours to business needs.
- 7Ensure store opening and closing procedures are completed correctly and follow through on directives and projects.
- 8Maintain a safe environment and protect company assets by enforcing cash control, shrink prevention, and HAZMAT training compliance.
Requirements7
- 13+ years retail sales or customer service experience
- 21+ year prior management experience
- 3High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4Ability to lead a team of associates to meet business objectives
- 5Effective communication with team and management
- 6Scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business
- 7Cosmetology license desirable but not required
