What You'll Do9
- 1Build relationships and inspire loyalty
- 2Recommend additional and complimentary products
- 3Inform customers of current promotions and events
- 4Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
- 5Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
- 6Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
- 7Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
- 8Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values
- 9Work with flexible schedules to suit individual needs
Requirements5
- 1Legal ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally while on a ladder with or without accommodation
- 2Occasional exposure to fumes and odors
- 3Physical exertion including standing walking bending crouching stooping stretching reaching and similar activities
- 4Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
- 5Working around moving parts carts or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals
