- 4Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales events.
- 5Complete transactions accurately using the POS system to ensure efficient checkout.
- 6Maintain a clean, professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- 7Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values in every customer interaction.
Requirements6
- 11+ year in retail sales or customer service, ideally in beauty or cosmetics.
- 2Passion for beauty and current trends in hair, skin, and nails.
- 3Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- 4Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- 5High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
