Warehouse Associate, Order Fulfillment & Distribution
Overview
You will own order fulfillment accuracy and speed for Integra Beauty, processing high volumes of daily shipments from our Miami warehouse. You will work on a tight-knit team that handles receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging orders for carriers, with clear daily targets and real-time metrics. Your actions ensure that L'ange and OFIR products reach customers on time and intact. What You'll Do8
- 1Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying quantities and storing items by SKU to maintain accurate bin locations.
- 2Pick orders from shelves using RF scanners and pack them with correct dunnage to prevent damage during transit.
- 3Palletize, label, and shrink-wrap completed orders for pickup and delivery, ensuring all carriers receive the correct freight.
- 4Scan each order step in the WMS to maintain real-time tracking and catch discrepancies before shipment.
- 5Communicate quality issues or inventory shortages to supervisors within the same shift to keep inventory counts reliable.
- 6Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow OSHA safety guidelines to protect yourself and teammates.
- 7Hold peers accountable for following SOPs and safety procedures during daily huddles and shift handoffs.
- 8Partner with management on weekly performance reviews to analyze pick rates and error percentages, then adjust your workflow to improve both.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment (preferred).
- 2Ability to lift, lower, and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
- 3Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stoop for the full 8-10 hour shift on concrete floors.
- 4Comfortable working in varying temperatures since the warehouse is not climate controlled.
- 5Basic computer skills for using RF scanners and the warehouse inventory system.
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teammates and supervisors.
- 7Must be 18 years or older and available to work overtime, including some Saturdays as needed.
