Overview
You will own order processing and inventory accuracy for a fast-moving beauty brand, shipping UPS and FedEx orders daily. Join a small team where you coordinate picks, packs, and stock replenishment. What You'll Do10
- 1Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with UPS and FedEx, meeting daily quotas.
- 2Verify each order against the packing list before sealing and labeling.
- 3Coordinate inbound deliveries from freight carriers and vendors, checking them against purchase orders.
- 4Receive and inspect incoming stock, then put it away in the correct bins.
- 5Track inventory counts using spreadsheets and perform weekly cycle counts.
- 6Create purchase orders when stock falls below reorder points.
- 7Maintain accurate shipping logs and update the warehouse management system.
- 8Track outbound parcels and proactively resolve delivery exceptions with carriers.
- 9Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols.
- 10Collaborate with the customer service team on order issues and returns.
Requirements8
- 11+ year in shipping, warehouse, or inventory roles.
- 2Proven ability to lift 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for full shifts.
- 3Comfortable using Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- 4Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software preferred.
- 5Forklift certification a plus, but we provide forklift training.
- 6Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- 7Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- 8High school diploma or equivalent.
