Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, Part Time
Overview
You'll own order picking and staging for BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club at a high-volume wholesale club. Using RF scanners, you'll pull merchandise, verify counts, and move orders to staging areas. You'll work with a team of 30,000+ members, delivering GOLD Member Standards with speed and accuracy. What You'll Do8
- 1Pull merchandise from pick lists using RF scanners to verify counts and update locations.
- 2Move merchandise from the sales floor to staging areas for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club orders.
- 3Communicate inventory shortages, damaged items, and replenishment needs to the club team.
- 4Package orders securely per SOP and maintain a clean, organized OMNI space.
- 5Process returns and determine handling via DDR or the Membership desk.
- 6Meet SLA and productivity metrics, working with urgency to hit deadlines.
- 7Perform housekeeping duties including trash and cardboard removal.
- 8Support other departments as needed and adhere to all club policies and dress code.
Requirements8
- 1Previous order pulling experience preferred.
- 2Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.
- 3RF scanner experience preferred.
- 4Ability to continuously move and scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, and reaching.
- 5Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and more than 30 pounds with assistance.
- 6Comfortable working around moving machinery and loud equipment.
- 7Willingness to work in temperature extremes for refrigerated orders.
- 8Availability for part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
