Order Fulfillment Associate
Overview
BJ’s Wholesale Club seeks an Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Boston. This full‑time role supports warehouse operations and digital initiatives while delivering exceptional member experiences.
What You'll Do11
- 1Pull merchandise from pick lists using handheld scanners to verify counts and update locations
- 2Move items from sales floor to staging area and process orders for shipment
- 3Communicate inventory issues and report expired or short‑dated items on pick lists
- 4Collaborate with team to replenish merchandise from reserve areas when possible
- 5Ensure orders are packaged securely according to SOPs
- 6Maintain a clean and organized workspace and handle damaged goods per procedures
- 7Process returns and determine disposition via DDR or membership desk
- 8Follow OMNI productivity expectations and service level agreements
- 9Adhere to dress code and maintain safe working conditions
- 10Meet attendance requirements and perform additional duties as assigned
- 11Support Omni Experience Ambassador initiatives across BOPIC Curbside Express Pay and Ship from Club
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading warehouse teams
- 3Spark and Airflow proficiency
- 4BOPIC and Curbside experience
- 5Express Pay and Ship from Club background
- 6Healthy attitude and strong communication skills
- 7Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- 8Familiarity with RF scanner technology
- 9Commitment to safety and quality standards
- 10Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment
