What You'll Do9
- 1Process member purchases swiftly and courteously using handheld scanners to verify inventory
- 2Maintain accurate order fulfillment through systematic movement of merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- 3Communicate inventory issues and coordinate replenishment efforts with team members
- 4Securely package orders according to established SOPs and ensure cleanliness of the SFC area
- 5Adhere to OMNI productivity standards and meet service level agreements
- 6Handle returns and determine disposition via DDR or membership desk protocols
- 7Follow all club policies maintaining proper dress code and safety standards
- 8Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- 9Uphold GOLD member standards by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive atmosphere
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience in order fulfillment or wholesale retail environments
- 2Strong knowledge of RF scanner technology and mobile devices
- 3Proven ability to lift and handle items up to 30 pounds independently
- 4Excellent communication skills for resolving member concerns and communicating with team leads
- 5Commitment to safety and compliance with all club regulations
- 6Team player mindset with focus on collaborative problem solving
- 7Adaptability to fast paced production demands and changing priorities
- 8Dedication to maintaining clean organized workspaces and upholding club standards
