What You'll Do11
- 1Process member purchases quickly and courteously while maintaining GOLD club standards
- 2Utilize handheld scanner devices to pick orders and verify merchandise accuracy
- 3Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and transport completed orders
- 4Communicate inventory issues and replenish items as needed across the store
- 5Securely package orders according to SOPs and maintain organized workspaces
- 6Perform regular housekeeping duties including trash removal and recycling
- 7Handle damaged goods and spoiled products following established procedures
- 8Meet productivity expectations and adhere to SLA requirements
- 9Follow all club policies and dress code standards
- 10Collaborate with team members to resolve member concerns and improve experiences
- 11Maintain a safe and positive environment for both members and staff
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading omni experience ambassadors across digital initiatives
- 35+ years experience with data tools and ETL processes
- 43-5 seasons working in fast-paced retail environments
- 55+ years proficiency with RF scanner technology
