What You'll Do8
- 1Load and unload products from trucks and conveyors in your first week, using pallet jacks to move inventory
- 2Move, stack, and organize inventory across the warehouse floor, maintaining clear aisles and safe stacking heights
- 3Operate warehouse equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport goods efficiently
- 4Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, following all OSHA guidelines and company safety standards
- 5Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals, picking and packing orders accurately using RF scanners
- 6Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies, ensuring quality control in the warehouse
- 7Support inventory counts and cycle counts as needed, using WMS systems to track stock levels
- 8Follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines without compromising safety
Requirements8
- 11+ years of warehouse or physical labor experience (preferred, but training provided)
- 2Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move products up to 50 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift
- 3Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
- 4Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and inventory management
- 5Dependable with punctual attendance for scheduled shifts, and flexible with shift changes
- 6Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and equipment
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Ability to work early morning shifts, with evening shifts becoming available
