What You'll Do11
- 1Receive and unload inbound shipments safely while verifying product counts against manifests and inspecting for damage
- 2Efficiently stack and organize stored goods according to location requirements
- 3Purchase items accurately and transport them to designated shipping areas
- 4Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation practices
- 5Keep workspace organized and report any discrepancies immediately
- 6Follow all safety protocols including hazard awareness and equipment usage guidelines
- 7Solve operational challenges that arise during daily warehouse activities
- 8Track performance metrics to meet productivity targets
- 9Identify root causes of issues and implement solutions for continuous improvement
- 10Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals
- 11Support leadership in executing strategic warehouse initiatives
Requirements10
- 15+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- 2Proficiency with RF scanning equipment
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using mechanical aids
- 4Strong physical stamina for standing and walking throughout shifts
- 5Basic math skills for inventory counting and basic computer literacy
- 6Availability for Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work
- 7Commitment to safety compliance and proactive hazard reporting
- 8Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- 9Previous RF scanning experience is a significant advantage
- 10Flexibility to learn new equipment and processes quickly
